2. Services Provided: Aalam Fatima specializes in the design, construction, and delivery of portable cabins, modular site offices, and prefabricated residential units. We strive for engineering precision, but all architectural designs are subject to final site inspection and local regulatory approvals in Saudi Arabia.

3. Delivery and Installation: We are committed to timely delivery across Riyadh, Dammam, and other regions in KSA. Clients are responsible for ensuring that the site is prepared, accessible, and cleared of obstructions prior to the delivery of modular units.

4. Payments and Deposits: All project timelines and installation schedules are subject to the realization of agreed-upon payments. A deposit is required to initiate design and manufacturing, with the balance payable upon delivery or as per the agreed contract terms.

5. Warranty and Maintenance: Our structures are engineered for durability. We provide a limited warranty on structural integrity for a period defined in your specific project contract. This warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, unauthorized modifications, or extreme environmental conditions beyond design specifications.

6. Changes and Cancellations: Any modifications to the project design after the commencement of manufacturing may incur additional costs and may extend the delivery timeline. Cancellations must be submitted in writing and will be subject to our standard cancellation policy.

7. Governing Law: These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
